FileVoyager Review
FileVoyager is an Orthodox file manager (OFM) that uses dual panes to display the contents of disks, folders and archives. It allows you to copy, move, rename, link or delete files with ease. It also has a built-in media player that can play almost all types of audio and video files.
The program lets you customize the fonts and colors, file icons, and even the program associations to fit your taste and style. It also supports drag and drop, which makes it easy to work with files. Plus, it's portable, so you can take it with you wherever you go.
It helps you find files that are scattered around your system by displaying them in a single, searchable view. You can then copy them to another folder or rename them with just a few clicks. It can also rename multiple files at once and even change their extension.
You can use the FileVoyager's built-in player to play all kinds of audio and video files, including mp3, wav, wma, ogg and avi. This application also supports a variety of compressed archive formats, such as ZIP, 7Zip, BZip2, GZip, XZ, Tar, CAB and WIM. You can even compare files and synchronize folders.
The program also lets you pin favorite folders in the Browse view and give people access to your iCloud Drive by sharing a link from the app. You can also add descriptions to files and folders, geo-tag them or turn them into a Kanban board with cards (files) and columns (folders). Other features include Unicode support everywhere, long names, an advanced filter, 64-bit context menu, FTP synchronizing, and more.
